Order Processing :

  • Our hours of operation are weekdays from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Central Standard Time. Internet orders placed on evenings and weekends will not be received and processed until the next regular business day.
  • Please allow 2 business days for order processing and shipping. Once the item is shipped from our Dallas warehouse, the freight carrier's expected time in transit is dependent on your location.
  • With the exception of large, pallet-size orders, all orders are shipped via UPS. UPS does not provide weekend deliveries. Please remember to take into consideration the 2-workday order processing time when choosing a shipping method. If you choose "UPS Next Day" delivery, this does not guarantee that you will receive it tomorrow. It may take up to 2 business days to process and ship your order, and this time must be added to UPS' transit time.
  • Occasionally, an item ordered may be temporarily out of stock. If we anticipate that we will be unable to ship your complete order within 2-3 workdays, you will be notified by phone or email so that you can decide how you wish us to proceed.
